I am a qualified nurse and hatha yoga teacher, the classes I teach are slow paced and easy to follow. Gently moving the body with the breath, to release tension and stress resulting in a sense of well-being and vitality.

My classes are suitable for adults of any age, shape, gender or flexability (except during pregnancy)
